Final Render (Sound)

Texture Painting

Finished Rig

This Ichthyosaur was a really fun 3-day project for school. I started with modeling in ZBrush and bringing that model into Maya for retopology. I also did the UV unwrapping, and rigging in Maya before taking the model to Substance Painter to bake the high-poly details onto the low-poly model for texture painting. Finally, I did a quick lighting setup in Maya as well as the animation and rendered the final with Arnold. A special thanks to Richard Bryce Gore for some tips and tricks along the way!
